Retail Vendors - Briefly describe the products to be sold in your booth. Any deviations from the items listed may cause vendors to be denied setup on the day of the event.

Booths: $55

All Spaces will be 12x12
YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TENT AND TABLE
You are responsible for a City of Helena Business License
All Booths will have access to 110v electricity. Bring Extension Cords. The Electrical hookups CANNOT power fryers, microwaves, or any other appliance with a significant draw. If you have one of these items, please make plans to bring your own generator.

We, the undersigned for and in consideration of permission and space to participate in HOTBoards July 3rd event, agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend HOTBoard, the City of Helena, its officials, representatives, agents, servants and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, judgments, liability and expense, including attorney fees and litigation expense, in whole or in part arising out of, connected with or in any way associated with my/our activities preparing for the July 3rd event, participating in the July 3 rd event, or departing from July 3rd event. I have read and fully understood the above Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement. I agree to comply with all guidelines set forth and understand that failure to comply will result in breach of agreement and forfeiture of all vendor rights and all fees paid.
